Brass puggaree (i.e. turban) badge for Indian mess-servants ('khitmatgars') of the Royal Regiment of Artillery. Mess-servants were not authorised to wear the usual cap-badge of the Royal Artillery, so wore this 'RAR' cypher instead, as also found on the mess china used by the R.A.

Судя по креплению, она на тюрбан, похоже и крепилась. Из Пакистана.

Номера у полка не должно быть как у этих?

Given the 'Tudor Crown', I can give no more than to say the period circa 1902-1947. The badge is identified in Norman Litchfield's 2004 publication: 'Uniform Insignia of the Royal Artillery: Pagri Badges' p42 / 43. Please see attached from the book.

Apologies for the late answer! The information and image has come second-hand from another forum, where a collector is requesting information about the badge in question. Litchfield illustrates a number of badges of this type, and appears to discuss them collectively with the following statement (see attachment) . . .
